We are not for the faint of heart! We are not for everyone. We coach hard and develop young people on the court and for life off of it. We have created a standard, everyone must buy into the standard we have created!

Our Philosophy
#1. We do not coddle players or parents. We teach, prepare, and hold them accountable.
#2. We win every 50/50 ball. Diving on the floor is a core expectation.
#3. Selflessness- Value Team first over self. Celebrate others successes!
#4. Aggression is rewarded with praise and playing time. Grit!
#5. We do not play “AAU” ball. We play basketball the right way. No "hero ball".
#6.We reinforce defense as much as offense.
#7. Telling the truth and being honest is more important than anything, including basketball.
#8. No attitude or bad body language - Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% attitude.
#9. Appreciation - Be thankful of your parents and their sacrifice to get you here. Be thankful!
#10. Be Coachable.
#11. You get a technical - you sit.
#12. We play with respect. We do not play dirty. Players do not initiate conversations with referees
#13. We do not coach effort.
#14. Individual rankings mean nothing to us, results do.
#15. You will intentionally go through challenges in our program.
#16. Active listening is expected. Look around, listen, and ask for input when you need it.
